Karastan sent defective vinyl tiles but Kevin Columbro, owner/manager, and the crew worked wonders to adjust schedules and complete our project. I used Reliable to select products for a new home I purchased in 1978 and I am still just as impressed with their service in 2025. We thank them for their careful attention to our needs during this complete replacement of floor covering in our current condo unit.“

“We bought some bamboo flooring from them about 10 years ago to install in two rooms and a long hallway as a DIY project. The products they carried were beautiful and their services were excellent! The bamboo flooring stood against the test of time, I can say 10 years later we are still happy with the bamboo flooring we got from them.

Three years ago my sister replaced the entire upstairs including stairs with the engineering wood flooring she bought from them and used contractors they recommended. Again the floorings came out really nice and services were great!

Last week I picked up some luxury vinyl tile samples from them for a small bathroom project, we didn't end up getting the flooring from them due to timing. When I returned the samples, they were still extremely nice and thanked me for thinking of them.

He guided us through the process, provided us with stain samples, and kept us informed on everything, as we hadn’t moved into the house yet.We pretty much had our entire house, as well as our staircase, refinished. “We had a fantastic experience working with Seth and Annie at Kindred Construction. We hired them to do a kitchen remodel for us that included taking down some walls to use an adjacent bedroom to make our kitchen bigger and more open, as well as rebuilding an exterior wall to add a wall of windows and a sliding glass door, kitchen cabinet installation, flooring, interior doors/trimming for pantry, and building a large deck. All of the work was extremely high quality and professional. We planned a 3 month trip to be out of our house during the construction, so we were actually communicating with Seth from Mexico while he was working at/on our house. We felt super comfortable even being thousands of miles away, as Seth communicated regularly, sent extremely detailed and lengthy updates on the work each week with photos, and called and texted us whenever he wanted to run something by us. Seth is very honest and upfront about costs, what he recommends, what he does not recommend, and what the timeline and process looks like. He was always looking out for the best solution and recommendation and ensuring cost and time efficiency. Meeting him and getting a quote was a VERY different experience from other contractors we checked with, and it felt more like working with a trusted friend than a contractor.
