Her services are affordable and refills too. Her office setting is very relaxing spa-like and I even fell asleep a few times while getting lashes done. I am 44 year old male, who had gynecomastia since I was about 12 years old. Prior to having my surgery, almost half my mental energy was wasted on thinking about how my chest looked. I wore loose clothing. I was careful of the material a shirt was made of. I avoided situations where I had to take my shirt off. Anytime someone said the word nipple, I cringed. I had puffy nipples, and that was what I was most insecure about. I accepted that men develop man boobs as they get older. But having man boobs and puffy nipples on top of that was especially hard on my mental health.

Since having the procedure my wife says I carry myself with a new confidence. I wear whatever I want. I had to pause to realize I have so much more mental energy to think about things that actually matter.
