I am 44 year old male, who had gynecomastia since I was about 12 years old. Prior to having my surgery, almost half my mental energy was wasted on thinking about how my chest looked. I wore loose clothing. I was careful of the material a shirt was made of. I avoided situations where I had to take my shirt off. Anytime someone said the word nipple, I cringed. “Overall very good experience. I had a very relaxing massage with Renata before meeting two friends on the deck. This was the first time visiting this spa for all of us. Because of the small space, you have to be very comfortable having naked people of all genders right next to you in the hot tub and sauna. I felt a bit uncomfortable at first but then relaxed into the experience and had a great time. There is no cold plunge, but I appreciated the cold water bucket you can dump over yourself, very refreshing. Pleasant stuff at the front desk who assisted me scheduling a massage last minute.“
