“As always top notch care from Kitsap OMS. I recently had issues with my implant coming loose due to gum tissue regrowth and they were so incredibly accommodating. They were somehow able to squeeze me in last minute on a busy Friday afternoon between surgeries, and I was already sat in the dental chair getting the implant repaired within one hour of when I called in to make an appointment. They also kindly categorized the visit as a follow up and didn’t charge me, which was really nice to see that they aren’t the type of place that charges patients for every little thing possible just because they can. “Great staff, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, really on top of it. The medical staff is the same, kind, informative, well qualified professionals, willing to answer all your questions about care, whether it is cosmetic or health related.
My only complaint is, they have rearranged their clinics. The waiting room upstairs was absolutely beautiful and inviting. I looked forward to sitting in that space, with the beautiful decorating and comfy chairs.in the new waiting room downstairs just to opposite is true. Gray, (that’s inviting on a cloudy/rainy NW day) cheap, uncomfortable chairs. One piece of art. Not a plant or table in sight. Obviously designed only with saving money in mind. And the patients comfort not even a consideration -
I know it’s not the bottom line, health and services are, but a welcoming space to put patients at ease would be a positive thing.“
