Very professional , excellent customer service, and outstanding cosmetic procedure. I had a facial, the Ultimate Glow Treatment , it was a very positive experience thanks to the skills of Fiona. She did a wonderful job explaining before, during and after everything that she was doing and what I should expect during the following days after the facial. Fiona is very professional and I was impressed with how clean and well maintained the spa is, just like a medical office with attention to cleanliness details. It has been only 24 hours since my facial and I already notice a marked improvement of my skin. I look forward to visiting again for follow up facials.
I’m fairly new to Glow but have been pleased with the honesty received rather than trying to sell me procedures that would not deliver the result I needed an actual surgeon for. They do not overuse/oversell Botox just to make money. Sitting with me and the hand mirror helps me understand real results and expectations from procedures. They didn’t allow me to just buy a procedure without looking at my skin first. Highly recommend.
Everyone at Glow Medispa makes me feel welcomed. Staff is professional and informative with any questions I may have and always have been gentle with any of the procedures I've had. They've just got not just one, but three Best of the PNW awards!
