The expertise of this med-spa are beyond reproach! The courtesy, kindness and compassion of the entire staff always makes me feel heard, understood and sincerely cared for. The artistry of seeing what needs to be done is definitely there, but what is just as important is something that can be hard to find in aesthetics. Actually, hard to find at all!That "thing" is honesty. It first was apparent when I met Dr. Tony, the Plastic Surgeon downstairs from the med-spa. Lynn, my injector, made me feel really comfortable. She uses the cannula technique and it makes a huge difference in comfort and safety. I absolutely love my results. The front desk ladies are super nice and welcoming. Jacinda is funny, I enjoyed her company.
