“I am a transgender woman, so there are some extra things I look for in healthcare. After my first visit, which was 2 hours, I felt like I had made a new friend, a doctor friend who cares about my health and listens to my concerns. Dr. Johnson is very kind and personable and treated me with utmost respect. She is still learning about FTM transgender care, but she is 100% on board and supportive, and seems to really seem to want to get up to speed on everything for my best care.The small clinic felt more intimate rather than sitting in a huge lobby waiting with everyone else. My appointment was on time so I wasn't waiting a long time.One unexpectedly nice aspect was when I was done, I was just allowed to stay and rest after my blood draw, and I was free to go whenever. I didn't have to come by the front office to schedule my next appointment (I can do so from the app) or to pay anything (no copays.)I saw many of the 5-star reviews and wondered if there wasn't some "please rate us" incentive going on. I truly think that the service provided here is incentive enough to go and post a rating!“

“I have had many endoscopies at this facility and always receive excellent care. Recently, I had 2 procedures in 6 days and both times treated with care and compassion. Nurses Rani, Alex and Sarah were exceptional in caring for me, going above and beyond to make my experience as comfortable as possible. The anesthesiologists and technicians were excellent as well. The staff is very professional and explain everything effectively so you know whats going on and you can get on with the rest of your day.
