Wilfredo and his team did such a fantastic job. When I was getting estimates, I could tell that he was the guy I wanted to work with; just so patient, knowledgeable, and obviously skilled. Wilfredo used the right materials, dealt with corrections to our venting and kitchen cooktop exhaust issues, made sure everything was done perfectly and the whole site was left spotlessly clean. They even fixed the water damaged siding near the roof and repainted it. I'm not an easy customer and I like to be involved all the decisions and understand all the details. Had our roof replaced by Wilfredo and his team this spring. He was very communicative, and his bid had a great detailed breakdown of what exactly they'd remove, replace and/or repair. It really stood out compared to the other bids we received and the price was competitive. They were professional and did a great job! We love the end result and will be recommending Will's Roofing Company to our family and friends in the area.
We needed our roof replaced, and we got three bids for our re-roofing, all within 15% of one another with similar materials. We chose to work with Wilfredo as he was very thorough in his estimate and even pointed out a couple other issues that need to be taken care of (even though they were not within the scope of work he could do.) The job started and finished very efficiently, and it all looks good and high quality. Costs were exactly as bid. A great experience for us.
