“Contacted the company and the next day I had a response from Pascal. He came out the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. Juan and his crew showed up 3 days later right on time. Repaired and put waterproof layers and new shingles on my porch roof and fixed the gutter so the damage would not continue. Then they cleaned the roof and gutters as well as the roofs on my two sheds. Added a gutter on one of the sheds as well. While they were here I asked if they could trim back some of the branches from my cedar trees that were overhanging the roof. For just a little extra they cut back the branches then cut them all up and put them in my green bin. When done with everything they cleaned up any mess and left my yard looking great. I will definitely use them again for repairs and roof maintenance and when it comes time to replace the roof I will be calling them! Thanks All Access!“

“We obtained bids from three different companies for replacing the roof on our early 60's home and the stand-alone garage. As a part of the bids, We requested quotes for standard shingles, extended life shingles, standard metal roofing and extended life metal roofing. Legacy Roofing owner, Kenny Jobe was very compete and knowledgeable in inspecting the roofs of both buildings and providing information on the options providing color sample and providing the quotes as requested in a timely manner. We opted for a high quality metal roof. The roofing materials were ordered and Kenny was excellent at keeping us informed regarding the anticipated delivery date and start date of the re-roofing project. We were advised by Kenny when the materials were to arrive and when the project was to begin. Kenny was very hands on and his team is very compete, hardworking and extremely efficient in their work and cleanup. The project was done in the time frame expected with a slight delay due to mother nature. The roof looks fantastic and we should not have to replace the roofs again during our ownership. We also asked Kenny and his team if they could remove an old electrical mast, when new electrical was put in and the electrical company said removal of the old mast was outside their work. Kenny came out, looked at what was necessary and scheduled his team to remove the old mast and replace one of the metal roofing sheets. Kenny was able to schedule his team, in between jobs, to make this removal/replacement within two weeks and the work was done an again looks fantastic. We would highly recommend Kenny and his team for any roofing job.Service: Roof installation“

“A new roof is a major decision and a pretty stressful one. We received quotes from 7 companies total. Skyline was high middle of the pack on price and warranty. We initially signed with Four Seasons (who actually gave us the highest quote), but as we got closer to the project some "extras" we had talked about (new skylights and mounts) suddenly became more than twice the cost they had initially stated, communication got weird/aggressive, and we never heard from the sales guy we felt comfortable with again. So we reached out to a couple more companies and I'm very thankful we found Skyline. Greg was super responsive, extremely accommodating, and the folks that actually did the work were kind, courteous, and kept the job site clean. Everyone we interacted with was a professional taking pride in their work. The roof looks great and the price was fair. We felt Skyline genuinely cared about our comfort and satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or have them back.“

“Okay so we find ourselves in this world where the big noise is that we must protect our own butts so someone out there doesn’t take us to the cleaner because we trusted them to do the job they said they would do. You know, like in the good old days, the American way. Quality, integrity, pride in the work we do. Well today I happily paid a gentleman some of my very hard earned money to replace my well worn roof. Elder of Monumental Roofing said he would come on Tuesday and replace my roof for a reasonable rate and he would take care of a small issue with a gutter and was not worried that my roof was way up high and quite steep. He said they would clean up after they were done and I would not know they were there. After they had left. Well what do you know, his team showed up on time and here it is Thursday afternoon and I have a new roof as agreed and my yard is cleaner than it was when they came! The gentlemen, and I use the word in the most literal sense, took to their job in a most admirable and professional manner. They cleaned up as they worked, they were respectful of our privacy and were friendly to boot. I will recommend Elder Quintana and Monumental Roofing to anyone who asks. They are the real deal. “This review is coming from someone who had a very difficult home remodel not too long ago. There was multitude of items that I felt my previous contractor could have done differently which could have prevented the situation from getting too stressful. So when we discovered dry rot in our carport during a walkthrough with another contractor for some touch up painting; I was having flashbacks. This job was unique in that it required both a roofer and a carpenter because it involved both types of structure. I had more than one contractor explain to me how to fix the problem but then promptly reject the job because they did not have a roofer on staff. Trying to coordinate two completely separate contractors is like trying to corral cats; you can't. One of the big advantages of going with Richard in our case was he had a roofer on staff. His outfit is sort of a one stop shop. Richard was very responsive in his communication and we replaced our deteriorating wood and updated our roof shortly thereafter to prevent further damage. Richard came in at the estimate we agreed upon at the beginning. We hope we don't have to do any major repairs on our home but Mallory Contracting will definitely be one of the outfits we reach out to for an estimate should the need arise. My wife and I were satisfied.“
