“Nolan was a pleasure to work with. It was an easy process and I got exactly what I needed. My 21 year old roof needed to be replaced and I decided to go with a company that isn’t a huge name to see if I could get a better deal. From the start he was a super nice guy. He wasn’t a regular roof salesman that’s predatory/trying to force you to buy anything. He strictly shows up, gives you a bid, and answers your questions. This is why I chose Nolan. He wants to provide a service, not just cash a commission check like other companies. Nolan wasn’t the cheapest, but wasn’t the most expensive either. His price was very fair for the materials that were used on my roof. We went with Malarkey Vista (he gave me 3 different options), and I’m more than happy with the result. The crew that he sent out was fast. They knocked out my 20 square roof (2000 Sq ft) with about a 6/12 pitch in just one day. I had a lot of plywood that needed to be replaced, which I thought would have slowed them down, but they had a good system going and were good at communicating. They started at 8:45am, and they were gone by 5:45pm. Guys that knew what they were doing and didn’t waste time. The crew was super respectful and the foreman answered all my questions in detail. I was pretty picky about the work done since it was a major house repair, and from everything I saw, their craftsmanship is better than a lot of other roofers. I have a very simple roof design, but all their guys seemed to be trained to know what to do/the right way to get things done. They went an extra step by putting underlayment over the water & ice shield, which helps me feel more confident for the rainy seasons we have here in Washington. They installed drip edges and flashing that helps with redirecting water (that I don’t believe I had before). All the new vents they used were made of metal, which is a plus. The color I went with was midnight black just to keep it sleek. Overall, it was an easy roof replacement experience for me and I would recommend Snohomish Roofing. Thank you Nolan.”
“The Four Seasons Roofing crew that re-roofed our out-building did a great job completing it in two days. I rate the job quality and my satisfaction as five stars (a 5 out of 5). First day the old roof was removed and building was then protected from any rain possibility overnight. On time the following morning, the crew worked concurrently cleaning up the removed shingles and installing the new roof. The job was finish late afternoon. A professional job well done. No slackness in the two men doing the re-roofing. My thanks and appreciation. Four Seasons should be proud of the work accomplished by their employees and see that they are well paid.”
“I was highly impressed with the Cornerstone Roofing team from start to finish! I reached out to about 7 different local roofing companies – including Cornerstone – for bids on a full roof replacement project. Big shout-out to Mike Little, our Cornerstone estimator, who provided us with all the details we needed to review multiple quotes and make an informed decision on next steps. I never felt any pressure to choose Cornerstone (unlike with some other roofing companies), but we ultimately went with them because their pricing, scope of work, customer service, and responsiveness over email/phone calls were all exceptional and stood above their competition. They replaced our whole roof, installed some new sheathing, updated a skylight, improved our venting system, and did a magnetic sweep of the property before they left at project completion. The crew worked hard, interacted with us kindly, cleaned up after themselves, and finished the project in 2 days. They were prompt the whole way through! They also checked in with me on a couple occasions to make sure everything was progressing as desired and to give me a run-down of the updated price estimate before they installed new sheathing. Five years ago Eastside Roof Cleaning performed both services and while neighbor's cedar roofs appear dried out and deteriorating my roof looked like it was still new-ish. Today, Reggie and Paulo braved the rain to wash bags and bags of moss and tree crap from the shingles and cracks in between. The gutters and area below the roof were completely covered. When they completed cleaning the gutters and areas my home and its roof looked NEW. They cleaned my 3 skylights to perfectly clean. They made my gutters look new. Troy, the sales representative for Eastside, said that he had a team that would get the job done efficiently. His confidence was well founded. The next day, Eastside Roof Cleaning sent out Juan, an expert craftsman, who installed 3 new downspout cleanouts that had fallen into disrepair and complete a cedar roof section repair. His team will be back in May to apply the roof treatment when the outside temperature gets warmer.
