I had a small leak on my roof and it was dropping to the ceiling. Chris from North Creek Roofing have been very helpful. He scheduled his team on top of it, and also tried to find me a solution with materials provider. Thanks for going beyond!

North Creek Roofing replaced ~300 square feet of improperly installed material in a low-slope area of our roof, which had been leaking. Came to inspect quickly after the latest leak, and it was all repaired shortly after. Several hard rains later, and no leaks. We'll be calling them first when it comes time to re-roof everything.

I can’t say enough good things about the people who work here. Michael and John responded to my call with promptness and treated me with respect. My roof was leaking water into the house and John sent his guys a few times to make sure things are patched up enough to get through the rainy days. I chose another company for roof replacement only because they quoted me a very steep price for the entire roof replacement, and I also incurred a hefty $1500 bill for them sending their worker to tarp my roof a couple of times, so this was a bit disappointing.
