“I called Rez Construction when I came to know that one of my buildings has been several damaged due to the wind storm in November 2024. From the get go, they were very responsive, understood the situation, quickly engaged with the work.
They coordinated with the insurance to get the ball rolling. They completed the work in under 3 months despite their busy schedule, especially given the amount of damage the building had.
Due to their effort, we were able to quickly move the business tenants back in, leading to minimal disruption to the business.

One thing I really appreciate with Reza is their timely response. In my previous experience with contractors, I find it very challenging to get hold of them, but was pleasantly surprised with the responsiveness. Its so great to be able to call the contractor and get hold off them (not some receptionist without context or voicemails that never be returned).

The quality of the work is great and we passed all our inspections with flying colors on the first attempt. They did extra flooring work and paiting work that tenants requested, which was not in original scope.

“Eastside Kitchen & Bath took our old bathroom and gave us the bathroom of our dreams! We had a really bland, poorly utilized bathroom that hadn’t been updated in 25 years. EKB helped us maximize the space with tons of storage, a beautiful shower, and a full wall of tile that makes the space so unique. We loved everyone we worked with at Eastside but our project manager Alex really made the project seamless. He kept everything on schedule, was so communicative, and solved every problem before it came up and then let us know the plan to resolve the issues. We ended up adding on multiple additional projects with EKB because they were so easy to work with including swapping all our interior doors, redoing all our upstairs baseboards, and painting the exterior of our house. All the work was lovely and everyone from their team was polite, communicative, and hard working. We picked a lot of small tiles which meant the tilers, Sean and Jeff, were here for several weeks and they did beautiful work.

“We worked with Cruz Construction and Jose for an extensive, year-long home remodel, and we are very happy with the result. After talking to over a dozen contractors, Jose immediately stood out as kind, honest, transparent, and easy to talk to.

The scope of work was massive and complex, including nearly 2000 square feet of tile and heated floors, layout restructuring, full electrical and plumbing changes, custom millwork, and the installation of our kitchen cabinets and appliances. This project had many moving parts and also, naturally, required change orders as we made design adjustments midway.

We had a stand in shower in our basement that was slowly leaking. Artem was the first to respond to our request for an estimate, and provided an accurate and fair assessment for us.

The most notable experience with Artem is that he kept to his schedule when he started (a rare trait for contractors) and performed very high quality work.

When he tore down our shower, he showed the source of the issue, informed us of what his plan of action was, and did a thorough cleaning after the demolition.

For the rebuild, he picked up the materials himself, made sure to keep the house protected and cleaned during his work, and did a great job putting together our new shower.

After numerous setbacks with insurance and contractors walking away, Elon was still with us. He guided us thru the process of selecting our counters and the numerous times we changed our minds! He was patient with us visiting the yard multiple times, worrying about the variations in the slabs and comparing cabinet and paint colors.
