John was awesome to work with, highly recommend! We had a leaky skylight that he replaced. Some unexpected work had to be done to have everything fit properly. He even spread some moss powder while he was up there! Communication was prompt and clear. Price was fair. Can't recommend him enough!

This process was easy. I appreciated the quality materials that were used, the no surprises good faith estimate, and explanation for all the questions I asked. John is the proprietor for Rugged Roofing and he made sure the details like capping the gable vents and paint touch ups were completed by himself. I’m confident in recommending Rugged Roofing for anyone’s replacement. It’s a big job that must be done right the first time and John delivers.

We reached out to John a few months ago for a roof inspections since our roof is over 10-year-old. John responded quickly via email and text, and was able to set up an appointment the next day. He recommended moss removal and treatment, gutter cleaning, and also found a broken shingle that need to be replaced. Price quoted was very reasonable and he was able to come and get everything done within a week. We were very happy with John's service and satisfied with how easy the whole process went. We would definitely continue to recommend Rugged Roofing to friends and family for any future roofing need.
