“The booking was really easy and the appointment was great. There was some misunderstanding with the location of the appointment since they have a dr. having to ok the injections and they texted me I should go to Bellingham when I booked the appointment in Burlington. When I called the number in Bellingham the receptionist/ front desk assistant was adamant I needed to be on this particular call 15 minutes before the appointment to get the ok for treatment, although I was explaining I needed to be there by 4:30 and I don’t drive and chat on the phone and she insisted I had to take a call at 4:15… I called Burlington location and they were relaxed and apologized for that instance… just confusing 🫤“

From the very start, she went above and beyond — a week before my appointment, she asked for photos of my current skincare routine and helped me identify products that were likely doing more harm than good. I only ever do designs on my nails and I go pretty often since my nails grow super fast. So, it’s hard to find someone in town who’s willing to do them consistently. Luta has always gone above and beyond to make my nail design dreams come true!
