The booking was really easy and the appointment was great. There was some misunderstanding with the location of the appointment since they have a dr. having to ok the injections and they texted me I should go to Bellingham when I booked the appointment in Burlington. When I called the number in Bellingham the receptionist/ front desk assistant was adamant I needed to be on this particular call 15 minutes before the appointment to get the ok for treatment, although I was explaining I needed to be there by 4:30 and I don’t drive and chat on the phone and she insisted I had to take a call at 4:15… I called Burlington location and they were relaxed and apologized...read full review
I never do reviews but this was such a wonderful experience I felt driven to share it. My appt was in Bellingham with Nurse Fox and everything from my evaluation to discussions on options, pricing, and the procedural processes were very thorough and not once did I feel rushed or pressured at all. I left my initial consultation feeling well-informed and confident in what was my decision on treatments based on their professional advice. I had the extra comfort in getting a second opinion from Dr Tsitsis at both the consultation and treatment appts.
