“Normally I walk in get whatever I need, get to the register, get asked if someone helped, my answer normally NOPE!!!! and leave. To my surprise this changed last week when I was greeted (first time EVER by anyone) by Diana and when she asked if I needed help, I nearly passed out from shock.
