“The booking was really easy and the appointment was great. There was some misunderstanding with the location of the appointment since they have a dr. having to ok the injections and they texted me I should go to Bellingham when I booked the appointment in Burlington. When I called the number in Bellingham the receptionist/ front desk assistant was adamant I needed to be on this particular call 15 minutes before the appointment to get the ok for treatment, although I was explaining I needed to be there by 4:30 and I don’t drive and chat on the phone and she insisted I had to take a call at 4:15… I called Burlington location and they were relaxed and apologized for that instance… just confusing 🫤”
