“I was impressed with the treatment itself but blown away when a new client came in and he shared with them he did not have the time to see them today and did not want them to wait. I have never been to a nail salon that did not keep on taking clients even when they did not have the capacity and that made the clients that made appts 30 or minutes late
because they could not say they were full. Bravo David, that was impressive.
