My neighbor Dorthy’s pellet stove caught on fire yesterday; she is 97 and doesn't want the inconvenience of being removed from her home. We got her out of the house last night, but that was a one-and-done. She was back home this morning with her heels dug in to stay. I called Service Master, and within a few hours, I had a fabulous young man here named Paul. Paul was sweet and patient, and Miss Dorthy was sweet and patient.
