This last December our home in Sumas was once again flooded by the Nooksack River. This was the second time in 4 years we have used Serv Pro of Whatcom County to remediate the damage done to our home from flooding. We were extremely satisfied with the response, and services provided us with for our recovery.
Starting from Kelly managing the pack out, demo, sanitizing, storage, and cleaning of our personal belongings to Chad who led the demolition, Ken, Kevin, and Roman who managed the rebuild and remodeling. Also, all the other team members who worked on the project were excellent.

My husband and I have been extremely satisfied by the work done by ServPro, over months, after our basement was flooded when a city water main broke. To a person the workers have been skilled, friendly, and professional.
Kelly Gordon, the Office Manager, has been an exceptional liaison for us. When we had questions or concerns, she aways got right back to us.
