Damage Restoration in Surrey picked by BestProsInTown
“The team was amazing! Everyone from Bruno, Yesid, Keith and Analiza had amazing customer service. They handled my many calls, and my very rude building manager with grace and patience. The team were all very prompt and it definitely helped make an unpleasant situation easier to deal with! Thank you so, so much to Incredible Restorations. Highly recommend!”
“After my basement flooded, Barclay was at our house within few hours and took care of everything from start to finish. They got workers in as quickly as possible, kept the process moving smoothly, and did an amazing job with both the emergency cleanup and the full restoration. Glenn was especially fantastic to work with hardworking, and made a stressful situation so much easier. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend Barclay to anyone needing restoration services. Thanks again to the whole team for making a stressful situation so much easier!”
“Amazing service, right from the first phone call I made that was answered by a real human! A very helpful lady (I think her name was Lorna) walked me through the process of getting things started with my mold remediation project. They actually answer the phone and respond to emails in a very timely manner. I was able to schedule the work I needed done under a tight timeline as the work was a contingent part of a real estate sale closing. Graham - who happens to be the owner and is still very involved in day-to-to operations - went above and beyond to ensure that the job would be done on time. And, as promised, his team was there on the day as planned and the work completed on time so the sale went through.
As a small business owner/operator myself, I can tell that Graham takes great pride in the work he does and maintaining the reputation that he has built up over the years in this field. It showed throughout my communications with him and his staff and for that I can't recommend this company more highly.
A job well-done, thank you for making the whole process very easy and stress-free for me.”
