Dr. Collins was wonderful (Washougal location). It was my first visit to Vancouver Clinic as I was establishing with a new PCP. I was left waiting for a little while before she came in but she quickly acknowledged the wait and thanked me for being patient. She had spent the time diving into my chart and history so that she was prepared when meeting with me. She was very sweet and genuine and involved me in all care and decisions. She also took the time to explain lab results with me as well as treatment options. I was very happy with my visit and look forward to having her as my new PCP.

Dr Pearson is great and caring, and so are the rest of the staff that work with people. My issues with the Vancouver Clinic are the customer service people and the people that are behind the scenes, they don't seem to care about the clients. As I said Dr Pearson is great!

Best. Doctor. Visit. Ever. Dr. Pearson listened and acknowledged me, she didn't rush me at all, and it felt like I had a say in my care. I highly recommend Dr. Pearson and the Vancouver Clinic to everyone.
