“We had a very good experience with Better Builders on a full basement remodel including the addition of a new bathroom with shower. They were very open, honest, and personable from the start. They were very helpful in challenging our choices and decisions on our project - ultimately making the outcome even better and more to our liking. We had a very basic basement with 70s style paneled walls, concrete floor, and open ceiling. We used Better Builders to add a wine closet, nice family room, a workout room, a pantry, utility room, and a new bathroom. They worked well with our designer to get to our plans finalized including a spec sheet. They were outstanding at managing their subcontractors, permits, inspections, and general contracting work. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent - their use of recurring weekly updates was very beneficial. The final product is outstanding and quality is exceptional. We would not hesitate to hire them for any future projects.“

“We have had the privilege of working with NOR on two major remodels. The first was a kitchen, and the second—our most recent project—was nothing short of a complete transformation. When we began, our home was in very poor shape. The mechanical systems were failing, the structure was tired, and the spaces were no longer livable. “Burke Construction is the only company I use.In stalled new water heater2010 re did my main bathroom and installed new doors through out my house.2013 new roof new gutters cleaned and repaired both my chimneys redid the outside of my home that had not been done since 1959 Looks like a brand new home. Re roofed a carport and redid my deck. Also some small things that needed repairs.2014 new furnace door locks and attic and wall insulation. My go to guy. Can go from ground up with out contracting out.Respectful of your home. Trust him all the way.“

He was always prompt at responding to our questions and recalculating estimates as we narrowed down the plans.During construction we had weekly meetings with Kevin and our superintendent, Both Jake and Kevin keep us informed and updated on the project.The builder trend app was great.
