“Burke Construction is the only company I use.In stalled new water heater2010 re did my main bathroom and installed new doors through out my house.2013 new roof new gutters cleaned and repaired both my chimneys redid the outside of my home that had not been done since 1959 Looks like a brand new home. Re roofed a carport and redid my deck. Also some small things that needed repairs.2014 new furnace door locks and attic and wall insulation. My go to guy. “Kitsap Trident Homes, Justin Ingles and crew, recently completed the construction of our new home on Bainbridge Island. The construction was a challenge in so many ways, mainly because of the limitations and restrictions due to the small lot size and being high-bank waterfront. We wanted someone we felt we could trust, who could fit our budget, was creative and resourceful without sacrificing quality, and someone easy to work with. “I vetted a handful of landscaping companies to help remove a tree stump, a bush stump, and re-mulch and weed out some of our planter areas. Out of all the companies that I reached out to Victor's was the most reliable and cost efficient option. He came out and gave us a free quote and made sure all the bases were covered (mainly that we didn't want a grinder for the stumps since they were right next to the house - surprisingly, half of the other contractors said a grinder would be "fine" which made us a little nervous). Victor's team arrived on time and did an AMAZING job. I would highly recommend hiring Victor for any of your landscaping needs.“

“Rooster Homes did a complete kitchen rip out and remodel - down to the wall studs. Once we started work, they were on site whenever possible. The craftsmen were all professional in both performance and behavior. Whenever there was a problem, or if something wasn't quite what we envisioned, Kirk made sure it was fixed to our satisfaction. Kirk coordinated with the subcontractors and the retailer for the custom cabinetry. There was frequently a master craftsman working with an apprentice to foster excellent trade skills. There were issues with the custom cabinets (not Rooster's fault), and Rooster interfaced with the retailer to get all the right parts and replacements.Rooster was justifiably more expensive than some other contractors. Even during multiple delays for replacement cabinets, they restored the functionality of the kitchen for our convenience (even though is was more work for them to remove and re-install cabinets later). “Already been waiting for 6 days with no hot water and had 2 Plummers, PSE, and the Fire Department out to my manufactured home for carbon monoxide fumes coming from the gas water heater. The Fire Department had shut off the gas and water. No one had any good solutions or suggestions for me and could not solve my problem! I knew that the 14-year-old water heater needed to be replaced! Finally, I thought to call Kitsap Mobile Home Store to see if they had any suggestions. After relaying my weeklong saga, Kristen suggested I call Eddie at AVE Construction.Amazing! Eddie showed concern and listened as I relayed the details of my saga to him. He was polite and positive and repeated a couple of details to get my situation straight. He asked pertinent questions and said that he would call me back.....AND HE DID!! They do not normally service my area, but he said that he would have a technician come by early evening to resolve the situation! Wow!! Now that is true Customer Service! Eddie - Your Customer Service skills and Can-Do Attitude blew me away. Thank You!Trey showed up about 6:00pm after he had already worked a full day! He was pleasant and understanding as I relayed the weeks saga to him and showed him where the water heater was. He worked quickly and was knowledgeable and very professional with a good attitude and sense of humor! It was a struggle to replace as it is housed in a very tight area. Although I felt extremely grateful, I also felt badly that he had to work so hard and was willing to work hard after a long already hard and hot day. He double-checked his work and made sure all was well, and we were getting warm water before he left. He finished about 10:00pm!! “We had Cruz build a retaining wall in our backyard as the erosion was starting to threaten our sprinkler system. They have done an excellent job on the retaining wall, which was broken into two walls due to the height of land needing to be filled. Additionally, we had several other requests while they were working on our yard, which they added on short notice. Their willingness to help with additional requests was lovely as they were willing to address other concerns we had for our property, such as adding a small fence to the backyard for our corgis, adding a flagstone walkway on the side of the house, replacing the sod that was damaged during the erosion, and placing a barrier in the front yard for weeds along with fresh wood chips. Their work is beautiful! They have been helpful and informative during the process, even looking around to ensure we got the best prices on materials. We plan on going through Cruz next year for additional landscaping in our front yard.“

They took down a 3 flat porch system and repalced all with top grade materials and it was all inspected by the city and gave it a stamped of approval.
