“Randy went out of his way to help me on easter Sunday when our septic backed up into our basement while my partner was away. His communication was excellent before, during, and after the visit. As he worked, told me a lot about our septic system that I didn't know, and identified the issue (another company that came by agreed with Randy's assessment later).
