Had a weak flush and slow draining toilet. BP Wastewater was able to send someone the next morning and they could have sent someone that night for extra late hour pricing which in good to know if you have an emergency or only one toilet. The person scheduling on the phone was friendly and kept me updated about any same day openings. Technician arrived a few minutes outside the two hour window which wasn't a problem. They were knowledgeable and quick. I feel the cost is a little pricey for a standard call but everything seems expensive right now and I imagine they're competitively priced. Definitely recommend.
Colby and Leonard from BP Wastewater were knowledgeable, pleasant and thorough while repairing our septic pump. Listened to the symptoms, diagnosed it then replaced the float and fixed and cleaned the chamber and lid.
