Scheduling a visit was efficient. Communications with the office were clear, friendly, and responsive. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, thoughtful, attentive, and professional.

I very seldom write reviews but feel compelled to give at least 7 stars to Doug and his team. My water heater gave up on me Memorial Day weekend, Doug came by himself on his way to his vacation to take a look! Yup, I needed a new tank and he got Steve and Eddie here to remove the old one and replace with new. Thankfully still under warranty! They were kind, courteous, more than helpful and even helped me with a chore that I couldn’t do by myself. That’s service above and beyond. I could not recommend them more highly!

We are in the process of getting our home ready for sale to relocate out of VT. I tried some companies I was familiar with their names, but they were not taking on new clients. My sister's realtor provided Red Rock Mechanical, they were accepting new clients, we made an appointment. They came out within two weeks to inspect our AC unit and the only thing it needed was a re-charge. R22 isn't a freon that is typically on hand. They came back about a week later to re-charge our system. Noah was awesome at each visit. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Honesty is hard to come by these days.
