It started with my call with an Agent (Call Center) who then linked me to Ms. Alliyah - Office Mgt at their Williston Office) regarding a cracked cast iron sewer pipe in my cellar that needed to be carefully cut and replaced.

She immediately understood the tasks required and asked me to send good photos of the site and the cracked pipe which I did.

As it was a weekend, she said I would need to pay a small premium fee to have the Technician come on a Sunday. I was happy to do so.

Dave (a 20 year skilled Technician from their Williston office came right on time and had all the equipment needed since he saw the photos that I sent Ms. Alliyah).

He was excellent. He was personable and treated me like a respected client. He explained all the tasks and then told me that it would take a few hours for the mechanism to work as it sealed the new pipe. All 100% right.

Their pricing is 100% honest and fair. Everything Ms. Alliyah quoted came 100% true. I was VERY happy.

We now have a new downward Sewer pipe that works just BEAUTIFULLY, thanks to Dave.

Then these guys called me on their way home from another job in my area & offered to drop in right then to take a look. 20 minutes later they're here, they diagnose it as likely an issue where the hardware attaches to the wall, offer to fix it for a $220 service call fee, and within the hour they were done, after having also cleaned off some bad water stains & unblocked the slow-draining sink nearby just for funsies. 10/10“

“Randy went out of his way to help me on easter Sunday when our septic backed up into our basement while my partner was away. His communication was excellent before, during, and after the visit. As he worked, told me a lot about our septic system that I didn't know, and identified the issue (another company that came by agreed with Randy's assessment later). He unfortunately couldn't fix it as it was out of his purview, but he gave me details about which companies could, and which of those he'd recommend.
