We had an electric water heater issue and Don was on it right away and diagnosed the problem with a fix ASAP. We are very grateful for the honest, friendly and transparent service. Will definitely be calling Don again for any plumbing or heating needs!
We had a boiler leak and I was lucky enough that it happened on a day that Tim was available. His customer communication skills were excellent, he called when he was delayed in traffic, let us know when he had to go out and get additional parts.The job was expertly completed by the end of the day.I am very satisfied and would consider using Laplante's again.Service: Heating system repair
Absolutely wonderful experience with LaPlante. The person who responded to the initial service call (? Cole), Hillary who pulled hero moves to get us on the schedule quickly, the guys who came out and did the work - top notch, fast service and professionalism from start to end. Would recommend LaPlante in a heartbeat to anyone.
