I just wanted to share a great experience I had with your sales representative Robert. Robert went above and beyond to help us find a particular item that was very difficult to come up with. He went out and found the item told us where we could get it and It gave us the catalog number the UPC number and everything we needed to make it happen very quickly. Customer representatives like Robert are few and far between. He represented your company so well. I will continue to go to your company first every time and have been telling everybody what a great experience I had with Robert and your company. I wish more people would show the care and concerned that Robert showed for us.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From on-site design advice to expert installation and careful paint match, they were all great. Replaced 2 exterior doors and 6 double hung windows in a nice old farmhouse. They are expensive but well worth it given the experience and skill of carpenters adapting new material to an 1820 house. In terms of varieties of Guinea pigs, parakeets, geckos, fish, specialized pet foods and treats/ collars,etc., PetSmart is wonderful. I liked the knowledgeable PetSmart representative who fielded my questions about fish filters. I had the sense that he was an expert on fish. This store is huge ! It is beautifully organized and very clean. Staff members are variously busy with projects: cleaning cages, cuddling Guinea pigs, emptying litter box displays, and grooming pets. Their staff is professional and accommodating; and, returns are easy . The community is very fortunate to have a PetSmart here.

My son absolutely loves going to classes here. He did the trial class to see if he would enjoy it and has insisted on signing up for every class he can possibly do. Zach is excellent with the kids, and there's enough variety to keep mine engaged. I love that they pick an experienced kid to act as a class mentor for the day. It gives them a huge boost of confidence and lets them help their peers who may not be as familiar with what they're working on.
I enjoyed what I saw in the children's class so much that I tried the adult MMA class. It was some of the best cardio fitness I've done in a long time. Not only is Zach great with kids, but he's excellent working with adults as well. He took time to show me what I needed to be doing differently and encouraged me to keep going when I was ready to tap out. My whole body is sore from the one class, and I'm excited to go back for more.

It’s been almost impossible for me to find a hair dresser in Vermont that can execute a perfect haircut with textured/curly hair and give you a lesson on how to maintain it at the same time, I’ve struggle to take care of my curly hair for years but Amanda and her salon does it all! I spent an entire morning calling around S. Burlington and the UVM area, looking for someplace that could accommodate a patient with cancer who needed help and a gentle touch. Of the salons that I made contact with, I got nothing but attitude and ridicule and four-week out appointments (after explaining that the patient was losing hair rapidly, and just wanted it cut down to help make the transition during chemo). Finally, I spoke to Robin at Hair Dynasty near Taft's Corners and discovered someone with a heart as big as her personality. She understood my concerns and the patient's needs. She was kind, compassionate, and unbelievably flexible -- nothing like the salons around the U-mall and Dorset street. Emmy's was great. She was very nice, and our conversation picked up where we left off. I went to another beautician in another state. Unfortunately for me, the woman who cut it did it in layers instead of blending, and the look came out, not the greatest. Emmy came and made the new haircut look awesome as well as more feminine. I like this spa. It's very professional and the environment is very chill, a real effort is made to help you feel relaxed and getting away from it all. I've been here several times for massages and have always had a great massage, and so have the family members who have had the service too. I've also had a pedicure and manicure here and that was great too. The staff is very skilled nice and the front office staff nice and goes out of there way to be helpful. You do need to book in advance as they book right up. The prices are not the cheapest, but they are also not the most expensive, and I think they offer a good value. We will definitely be back!
From the initial contact with Cole and scheduling with Ann to install work by Jareem plus his fixes with Matt a week or so later, I really cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cooper.

Vermont Energy just installed a new furnace a heat pump to provide central air conditioning in a mini split in our bedroom. I am so pleased that I went with this company. When I first walked into Best Tile, I was frankly overwhelmed and anxious - this place is so big! I didn't have much time to shop before close, but I was able to work with Kimberly to find the perfect tile for my bathroom renovation. I told her what I had envisioned and she guided me through the showroom to point out different tiles that might meet my needs. She then gave me time to shop around - which I loved - I went home that day with several samples. After another trip to Best Tile on a Saturday when I had more time, I was able to put in my order with confidence. Though my bathroom renovation has been a nightmare, my experience with Best Tile has been pleasant and a lot of that has been thanks to Kim. Thank you!

I highly recommend Dr. John Bisaccia for sports medicine care. I saw him for treatment on a long standing back issue. He was the first care provider that took the time to look at all the treatments I had received across several different providers in the area. He listened to me, studied my file, learned about what had been done previously and put together a plan to address the situation. My back is feeling great these days and I have since returned for treatment on a couple other issues. He's a great guy - friendly and super knowledgeable. All I can say is amazing! My cat ate part of a blanket and may have a blockage. Showed up at the vet with no appointment. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding. They got us right in. Did X-rays. Came up with a care plan and really explained all of our options and were very upfront about all costs involved. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring. We've stayed with them all through their growth, while adding staff and new Doctors and new protocols and changes through new owners. We're still there! The staff is very accommodating, supportive and prompt to reply when we have issues and questions! They have text capability on their primary phone number! Nice, no missed voice messages and need to call back! We've seen new staff and new doctors there in an ever-changing animal hospital, yet, whoever is at the counter or replying via text, ...the support for pet and client has never diminished at all. It is always A+. Like many businesses now, they have policies that I am fine with in these ever changing times and do be aware that pet care now is very expensive, no matter where you go for quality care. Be prepared for that. Always good vibes at River Cove.........if they can take you on as a client, I highly suggest you bring your pet to them. they will not let you down. Dr. Kessler is easily the best Vet I have ever had. She was able to diagnose my cat with allergies and helped us find a treatment that was effective. When my cat was diagnosed with FIV I thought it was the end of the world. Dr.Kessler called me and walked me through what FIV meant for my girl and what I needed to do to keep her healthy. I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Kessler and I am so thankful to have her have cared for the love of my life, Veda. We moved to California and although I have a new Vet, I miss Dr.Kessler dearly.

Krista from the Williston VT location is unreal. I legitimately asked her if this was sorcery lol! She is excellent and clearly very experienced. I was stressed beyond words before her massage and left so relaxed. She deserves a raise!! Wow!!
