“Tim B came in for a yearly cleaning, he was early knew the furnace, had the parts already to go. He knows his stuff and always marks down and dates anything he’s done to the furnace. Thankful to have him locally ..”
“Kentucky (David) was a huge help to us following our early morning plumbing emergency! He quickly diagnosed the problem with our clogged pipes, figured out the most efficient way to clear it, and removed and reinstalled a toilet in the course of clearing the line. Then he took the extra step to check our line to the street and saved us further problems in the near future by finding root infiltrations that were slowing the flow. He explained our options, and then at our request successfully jetted the line to clear out the roots. Courteous, fast, efficient, and skilled service on short notice. Thank you, Kentucky!”
“The Energy Co-Op of VT’s service team was very professional and they completely the installation timely. We are very pleased with our new heat pumps.”
