This family operated enterprise is outstanding! Liz and Garth put a great deal of time into getting to know the dogs and how to create healthy social groups for them. The groups are small, the place is very clean, and I never worry because the care is the best!
After having an amazing experience there recently, I can highly recommend Skinvigo in Shelburne, VT. Julie, the owner and aesthetician, has a lovely welcoming and calming presence, as well as extensive knowledge of skincare and overall health. As someone who appreciates holistic skincare, I was delighted with the high quality and natural scents of the products she used. I left, completely relaxed and happy, with a refreshed, glowing complexion, magically feeling as though I had gotten a full body massage due to her amazing face massage technique. I can't rave enough about my experience and the service I received at Skinvigo (based on the European spa concept of "skin invigoration"!).

Ark Veterinary has been wonderful to me, my prior two Boston Terriers (whom received the best possible care during their health issues for many years) and also to my current Boston Henry! I hired Justin Beaudry to repair some limited storm damage to our crushed stone driveway. Justin completed the job sooner than I had hoped and at a reasonable cost. Not only did he fix the problem areas, he went out of his way to prevent future damage by re-grading the driveway so that it will drain better. I couldn't be happier.

Man this place is GREAT! Tayvia is the best hairdresser I have ever had! She did such a great job and she cared! She was almost happy as I was with the result! She had to get the dark colors out of my hair and ad new light colors!
We had Limbwalker prune and tend to trees on our property. They took care of a large sugar maple and two very large silver maples. They corded the silver maples to help ensure they can continue to grow without splitting. They also cleaned up and treated a large ash on the property and even cleared a large pile of brush that was at the base of the tree. Their communication is clear and timely, and their personnel are so friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing is competitive if not less than other services. Thank you Limbwalker! We highly recommend!
Lifechanging. They did us a favor before we even stepped in the door: after moving to VT I had called to get my dog Kenta started as a new patient. He's reactive at the vet so we made a plan, but before our first visit I got a cancer diagnosis myself. Life turned upside down and since Kenta was fine we forgot about it until I was out of the woods. I called them about a year later and while they weren't taking new patients at that point they agreed to still see us, considering the circumstances, which was so kind. It's just gotten better from there. They are very accommodating to reactive dogs, working with you to find the best solution to keep your pet calm and comfortable. No sedatives or blanket has been required! The energy of everyone there is perfect -- calm and unfazed -- which has helped Kenta progress quickly. He's now taking treats directly from the vet and getting pets! Unheard of before. We're also seeing the same vet every time for consistency which has helped. Cannot recommend them enough, especially for anxious/reactive dogs.

Laurie is a well educated, enthusiastic and professional instructor. She prepares lessons specifically for what my body needs. She includes a wide variety of exercises with a good amount of warm up so I never get bored. I've been taking Pilates lessons for 15 years in several different locations across the US and Laurie ranks as one of the best instructors I've ever had.
Tim is the best. He saved me from a butchered cut and is absolutely worth his weight in gold!
Piper at Shelburne yoga is a master. Her knowledge of anatomy and good physiology makes her an excellent yoga therapist. I have worked with her successfully on several problems that come with aging. I highly recommend working with her.

He is outstanding with children. He sits them in front of his desk to ask simple questions. We started coming when my oldest was 7 (8 years). He asked only a few questions to me about what I have seen. But otherwise the child is asked everything! Even before the actual physical exam! He is worth the 90 minute drive!

Adjustments are gentle and not jarring like some places I’ve visited. They are very committed to lifelong wellness and provide many resources. The doctors also provide nutritional coaching with supplements made from organic produce.
