I was an employee of Synergy for about two and a half years, I started my career in geriatric care with them. I've learned a lot working there. I learned to care for strangers that become your people, companionship, the daily aspects of living in the older population, organizational skills, etc..My experience with Synergy has been nothing but the best. It's a home and I'm thankful to call it my home.
We have been dealing with Synergy for a year or so now for the care of my grandfather, they have been more than amazing in so many ways! After multiple failed attempts with other care teams we are so so thankful to finally of found Synergy. We trust them fully with caring for my grandfather. They are so easy to communicate with and always keeping us in the loop and going above and beyond to care for my grandfather. Along with helping us along the way to make sure he is getting the best care possible as his needs have changed.
