My sunroof was stuck open and I was desperate to get help closing it. I called MINI and Peter told me to come in and they'd take care of it. No appointment needed and I left with a closed sunroof and an estimate for the repair.
I recently brought my 2019 Mini Cooper F57 in for scheduled service and wanted to share my positive experience.
