The vet and technicians were friendly and efficient. The almost two-hour wait with my four cats and large dog was excessive. Expecting me to hang out in my car in the parking lot in 85 degree heat was unreasonable. The system, which relies on texted notifications, works only if the customer has cell service. My phone did not so I could not receive texts and had to keep checking in with the PetVet reps.
The vet or technician that I spoke with asked if I had registered with an appt on your website. I thought I had, but did not receive an appt confirmation. He did, however, take me in first which was greatly appreciated. Both technicians that took a blood sample to test for heartworm were gentle and definitely experienced. The whole process was easy and I greatly appreciate being able to be seen without successfully completing the appt on the website. So thank you.
Jada was very thankful for the services provided foe her she's now all up to date with her shots .We will look forward to seeing ypu in April of 2027.The staff was great thank you again
