Called them up just looking for clarity on my own build, and they never pressured me into bringing it in, and helped me work through where I was at within a few minutes to ensure I was on the right track. (Pc is back up and running, thank you!)
Brad was a huge help, My power supply randomly burned out one day and Brad was able to get it replaced and returned to me on the same day and it was on the weekend as well.

Thorough, careful, service. Came to Brad with a suspected graphics card issue. Feared the worst, but Brad’s team identified the issue was with one of my RAM slots. Got my machine back up and running in no time without needing new parts!
