After several frustrating experiences with a different local tire store, I gave VIP a call. The knowledgeable service rep spent significant time with me discussing winter tire options for my SUV. Their pricing was competitive and their recommendations were in sync with my own research and needs. They booked an appointment for me on short notice, as I had a long trip pending. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop area. I was treated well by every employee I dealt with. They pointed out a couple discounts I could take advantage of, and they have an attractive rewards program. We were up visiting and got a flat tire. They were able to fix it for us at 3pm on a Sunday! We were very grateful. Their front desk employee was so kind and the work was done quickly.
This crew was great!While changing my plugs, they pointed out a couple things and told me honestly that one should be done soon and one could wait, but didn't give me the hard sell that it had to be done right then and there.I'll be back.
