My kiddoes are very free spirits but they genuinely thrive in this highly structured class whose teachers constantly inspire and enforce respect, self-control, discipline, and confidence. I appreciate the use of a senior instructor plus an assistant instructor who is closer to the students’ age to model appropriate conduct and provide peer-level mentorship. I highly value the emphasis on holistic development including both character and physical fitness. I rate this class five stars, my children give it an enthusiastic 10!“

“I take classes here and I cant tell you how nice it is there. They teach so many classes that I had a hard time picking which one to pick! They stick to the real ways of the martial arts they teach. I cant thank them any more and now I fell safe and confident at defending my self. I would highly recommend the jujitsu class for self defense. The cross country to get fit and yoga to be come limber. Also I think that they are the safest martial arts academy I have ever had the honor of learning at. So i cant recommend this dojo any more than i have so please try it out!!!“
