“I had the loveliest experience at this gym this evening! The facility was extremely clean. The instructor, owner and other students were super welcoming. The instructor spent a lot of time explaining techniques and was very thorough not only about the movements but also the thought process/ possible consequences of each movement and approach. Everything was very controlled and safe. The owner answered my questions at the end of the session. I'll definitely be coming back! If you want/need a gentler introduction to jiu jitsu their women empowered class was excellent but I will be trying other classes as well. I learned so much in just one session. Highly recommend as a newbie like myself!“
