We started a year and a half ago and attend the homeschool classes.
My kids look forward to going. Their stamina and attitudes have improved.
The dojo is set up so that I can get work done (or work out myself) when they are in class.

If you want real martial arts without the dojo fluff or sales pitches, this is the spot. I’ve been training here for almost two years, taking the adult Combatives program, Sport Silat (Tanding), and traditional Pencak Silat.
When I first started, I was wildly out of shape and could barely get through basic drills. Chris didn't lower the standards, but he gave me the structure and feedback I needed to stick with it. Now my stamina and skill are in a completely different place.
