“I just found out about this place and really wish I had found it sooner. My 15 yr old daughter had lost interest in everything after boys. I’d been losing touch with her. We stumbled across Odyssey after she had gotten into a tussle at school where she was being backed into a corner and she did what she thought she had to do to get out of that situation…and bless her heart… it’s a good thing the fight got broke up… she got suspended and I gave her a choice, she could lose her phone, or she had to take some self defense classes… to get her to do anything recently has been like pulling teeth… now after just a few classes, she is fully engaged, ready to go back, and likes the idea that her and I have something to do together! The owners daughter is her age and has made her feel right at home! If you’re a parent having a hard time connecting with your pubescent teenager, take them to Odyssey, let them participate in a class or two, see if it doesn’t make a difference!“
