I can't say enough about how KMHR has improved the health and well-being of my family over the last year. My teen daughters 13/16 and I, started here a year ago and have put in a year of hard work. Both girls are stronger, more confident, and basically bad a$$ enough that I feel confident that they can handle themselves in most any situation. More importantly my daughters and I have formed a bond forged in blood, sweat, and tears. As we enter our second year my daughters still look forward to training with me several days a week, I don't see a lot of dads spending that kind of time with their teenage daughters.
