It all started on July 4th (temperature 100 degrees that day). We woke to our AC unit not working. I called Elite Air as I had read positive reviews about the company. They came that very day, put in a temporary fix until our new unit could be installed (the unit was quite old and had multiple issues). They sent us several HVAC unit estimates, reviewed them with us so we were well educated on our options. We also had them install a new furnace.
Very professional, great communication and quick to respond. Highly recommend this company.
Installed a whole new HVAC system. Technicians were really nice guys. Unlike most contractors they actually showed up earlier than their scheduled time which was great. The workmanship (pipes, wires, drain pan, etc) on the system was really clean and organized. They got our existing humidifier working, which I guess never worked. Will definitely keep using Elite Air.
I switched over from a large DC Metro HVAC company to Elite Air based on my friends experiences with them on their various gyms in the northern Virginia area. Again, I’m singing to the choir, but Elite Air, in my humble opinion, can’t be beat for the most critical issues faced by real estate managers. First, prompt service, you give them a call and they are there ASAP, Next, they have very fair pricing of service and on the installation of new replacement equipment. Finally, Elite Air has very competent technicians to take care of any issue that you might encounter.
