The space itself is cozy and serene, with soft lighting that instantly puts you at ease. Sierra's technique is spot on; she knows exactly how to target those areas that need attention without any discomfort. The stomach area was a main focus for this session, since I expressed concerns about Lymph flow in thise areas, along with my neck. I walked out feeling refreshed and ready to take on the remainder of the day/eve and I've already noticed better circulation.
