I called him at 8 p.m. on a Thursday night and he was at my home at 8:45 a.m. on Friday morning. He promply extracted the water and set up blowers and a humidifier. He left the equipment all weekend and then helped put all my furniture back in place when he picked up his equipment. He was friendly and professional. Very appreciated during a stressful situation.
