“I love all the people that work at the infusion center. I go once a month for an infusion for my rheumatoid arthritic. They are all so helpful and friendly. They get my iv in easily and never have to stick me more than once. They constantly check on me and bring me warm blankets. Having the treatment isn’t fun but they sure do make it a lot easier. “The front desk and intake nurse were friendly and efficient. I was there for a physical and was seen by a PA, Jessica Cox, and her PA student. They listened intently, answered my questions, asked relevant questions, and followed up with a thorough exam and bloodwork. The bloodwork results were available within 48 hours. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was quick and made this a seamless procedure. In the waiting room, I noticed that the staff appeared to know their patients - nobody was treated like a number including me.“
