Been going here for about a year and it is a nice location. Front receptionists are always friendly and I never have to wait a long time to be checked-in or out. This is a busy office though, so sometimes it is difficult to find an appointment. I will also say that the nurses and the doctors here (the ones that I have met so far at least) have been very friendly and very helpful.
i’ve been trying to find a new PCP for a long time now I finally got in at this office and I seen Jennifer the NP she was very thorough - She answered all the questions that I had and went over everything regarding my health! they also followed up with me promptly to go over my lab results overall my experience was good!

Dr Palmerton has always been the absolute best.
He referred me to the best specialist and surgeons in Carilion and I have done very well with some serious issues.
It's hard to get an Alzheimer's patient out of the house sometimes but my mother would be up and dressed if she knew she was getting to go see Dr Palmerton.
It makes me very sad that he just retired, at the same time I'm very happy for him.
His nurse Grace has always returned my calls promptly, been friendly and always thorough.
