Called to schedule an appointment and got Vassie on the phone. She asked me why I needed to be seen and without getting into detail, she could relate. She recommended some products to me and assured me they'd work. Top notch customer service, Vassie! Thank you!
I absolutely love Dr Howes. She is attentive and is wonderful at explaining medical information in a way that I can understand! Her nurse is also great and makes me smile every time I go in to the office.
The only drawback with this clinic is that you cannot get a nurse call back for 72 hours. You can message on my chart, but again. They are clear that it can take 72 hours and unfortunately you may have to call after that time has lapsed. This appears to be a staffing issue. I’m sure that they are booked solid and do not have the administrative time to get to everyone but that does make a big difference to a patient.

I have been a patient for 30+ years, my husband has been a patient for 20+ years.
My son is also a patient.
Dr Patton was our Dr and when he left, we now see Dr Mattocks, Dr O’Malley and
Jennifer Adkins. They are an excellent
medical team.
We always receive excellent care and great
communications.
