Based on the reviews, Roanoke Valley Speech and Hearing Center has a staff of true professionals who are top notch. The staff, including Amy, Paris, Jessica, Autumn Collins, Akirah Mattox, and Amy Fields, made visits great. They are very professional, funny, and welcoming. Paris at the front desk shows consistent caring and very patient interactions. Akirah Mattox is wonderful at getting kids to engage and enjoy speech therapy. The facilities allow for watching therapy from a screening room. The office staff are kind and knowledgeable. Clinicians do a great job of explaining hearing tests and results. The staff makes patients feel like their number one patient and will always do everything possible to keep it that way. The experience is pleasant and highly recommended.
