“All I wanted was a lookover of the unit in our recently purchased house, Dylan went through the entire system, giving us all the specs which reassured us we had PLENTY of heat when needed (we've never relied on electric before), assured us everything was in perfect operating order, and showed us a picture of the fan capacitor which will likely be the first item needing attention in the future and will be an easy fix. “Nathan and his team are excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else for HVAC repair.

I'm a DIY'er and I installed my own multi zone mini split system 9 months ago. It was having trouble keeping up with the heat and I decided to call in the pro's. Nathan was able to quickly identify where they system was loosing refrigerant and explained the reason why it happened. He gave me options on how to do the repair, a cheap quick fix that might work but he couldn't guarantee and a proper fix that was more expensive but would have the repair done correctly and that he could stand behind. I went with the more expensive option and was very happy with the pricing he charged for it. He had his team come out later that day and do the repair. They were very polite and professional and did great work.

If I had to do the install of my system again I would have had them come out to test and start the system up for the first time.
